Pesto Lasagna

If you like pesto, then you will love this lasagna!

A thick creamy pesto sauce and shaved Parmesan cheese are the the simple ingredients for this mouthwatering lasagna.

400 ml besciamella
400 g pesto sauce
200 g lasagne
200 g parmesan cheese


– mix together the besciamella sauce and the pesto;
– grease a 14 inch baking tray with butter, then spread a thin layer of sauce at the bottom of the tray;
– now lay one sheet of lasagna, cut a second one into stripes to cover all the base of the tray;
– pour enough sauce to cover the lasagna sheets, and spread a handful of of grated Parmesan cheese;
– carry on with this process till you finish the sauce (you should make around 4 layers);
– sprinkle the top with a spoonful of grated Parmesan cheese;
– bake at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes or till golden;
– when ready, remove the lasagna from the oven and allow it to rest for about 15 minutes before serving.
