Dar Pietru is my home, and I invite you over to share with you serenity, relaxation and zero-km organic food, in the pristine heart of the natural reserve and archaeological park of Noto Antica.
Here, the silence is interrupted only by the rustle of the wind in the pine forests and by the roar of the streams and little lakes of the nearby Cava del Carosello.
Dar Pietru means “The home of Pietro” in Maltese, and it is a tribute to my important Maltese period.
I care very much about the quality of my ingredients, and for this reason I only source from local producers who are often also certified organic. When you arrive you may see the heads of salad that you will then eat at the table.
Menu
My fixed menu change its dishes according to nature’s seasons and what is mostly locally available as ingredients.
I pride myself to offer innovative and delicious vegan and vegetarian menus, but I also cater for guests who may request meat and fish based meals.

Rules of the House
The home restaurant is open Friday to Sunday, lunch at 1pm and dinner at 8pm.
Food will be served for all the guests at the same time, so kindly make sure to be on time.
As the dining area is situated outdoors in the garden, for safety reasons I am unable to cater for children under the age of 13.
At the moment I am also unable to allow pets, but I am working to be able to welcome your best furry friends as from next season (2025).
Currently, I can host groups of maximum 8 persons.
