Cherry Tomatoes & Meat Sauce

This is a very quick easy Bolognese-style tomato sauce you can prepare in summer, when fresh tomatoes are in season.

The characteristic of this recipe is that you put all ingredients in a tight saucepan, and then cook everything together on a slow fire. All the fresh ingredients will slow-cook in their own liquids and all flavors will bind together delightfully.

You can use this sauce for a nice pasta plate or just with some nice bread too!
