Crêpes are a very delicious, quick and easy sweet breakfast treat.

You can fill them with anything you like, according to how sinful you want your breakfast to be 😉

  • 200 mlMilk
  • 4 spoonswhite flour (I used spelt flour)
  • 2 teaspoonsmuscovado brown sugar
  • 2Eggs


  1. – in a large mixing bowl whisk the flour, sugar and salt until combined;

    – add the eggs and gradually pour in milk, whisking to combine after each addition;

    – allow the batter to rest 10 minutes;

    – put a small skillet over medium heat, pour the oil and bring to heat;

    -pour about 1/4 batter evenly onto the pan, swirling it to evenly coat;

    – cook for 1 minute, then flip and cook 1 minute more. Remove the cooked crepe and put it on a plate;

    – repeat the above step with the remaining batter;

    – serve crêpes warm with fresh fruit, jam or spreadable chocolate cream, topped with icing sugar.
