Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino (spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili peppers)

200 g spaghetti
45 ml extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 chili pepper (or 1 spoon dried ground chili pepper )
q.s. table salt
q.s. parsley


– cook the spaghetti in abundant salted water;

– 5 minutes before the pasta will be cook (al dente), pour the oil onto a saucepan and put it on the stove on medium heat;

– bring the oil to heat, then add the crushed garlic and the chopped chili pepper;

– allow them to roast lightlyin the oil for a couple of minutes;

– drain the pasta and then pour it into the sauce pan and finish to cook for 30 seconds, stiring well;

– serve topped with chopped fresh parsley;
