Grilled Octopus on a bed of Broccoli Cream

Ingredients

500 g octopus tentacles (already boiled)
500 g broccoli
2 cloves garlic
1 lemon
1/2 glass water (boiling)
q.s. extra virgin olive oil
q.s. parsley
q.s. table salt

Steps

– wash the broccoli and cut the tops;

– put a little oil in a frypan, add the garlic;

– as soon as the garlic begins to fry, add the broccoli tops;

– after a few seconds add the boiling water;

– cover with the lid and cook over medium heat for about ten minutes;

– meanwhile, oil the octopus tentacles and grill them onto a hot iron grill, on both sides;

– once cooked, marinate them with an emulsion made of lemon juice, salt, oil, garlic and parsley;

– remove the broccoli from the heat, transfer them to a bowl and reduce everything to cream with an immersion blender;

– pour some broccoli cream on the plate, and then put the grilled and marinated tentacles on top
