Ingredients
- 700 mlvegetable broth
- 400 gbroccoli
- 2 clovesgarlic
- 1leek
- 1 teaspoonground spirulina
- q.s.cayenne pepper (or black pepper)
- q.s.extra-virgin olive oil
- q.s.ground black pepper
Preparation
– wash well the broccoli florets and put them into a pot together with the chopped leak;
– pour the hot broth onto them and bring to boil;
– cook for 20 minutes;
– peel the avocado, remove it kernel and chop its pulp;
– add the avocado to the cooked broccoli;
– add the peeled garlic cloves too;
– remove the pan from the stove;
– add the spirulina;
– reduce the soup to a smooth cream by using a blender;
– serve the soup topped with some ground cayenne pepper (or black pepper) and some extra virgin oil drops;
