Wild Sea Bass Panko Burger with Maltaise Grapefruit Sauce Dressing & Crispy Potato Slices

This fish burger is made of deep fried sea bass chunks dressed with a fresh and slightly acidic hollandaise sauce flavored with grapefruit and saffron. The panko battering and the fried potato slices give that amazing crispy texture to the burger.

You can also serve it as a starter by simply dressing the fish with the sauce, accompanied by some fries.
