200 g sesame seeds

45 ml sesame seed oil (otherwise cold pressed sunflower oil)
Preparation

- – put the sesame seeds in a large fry pan and turn on the fire;
- – roast the sesame seeds till they golden. Beware: sesame cooks quickly, thus watch out it won’t burn;
- – allow the roasted seeds to cool down a bit, then transfer them in a mixer together with the oil;
- – blend everything together till you will get a smooth paste
