- 2Sicilian zucchini (size big)
- 2 clovesgarlic
- 1 pinchtable salt
- q.s.fresh mint
- q.s.frying oil
Preparation
– slice the zucchini;
– fry them in hot oil;
– drain them and dry them with some kitchen paper;
– season them with a pinch of salt, chopped garlic and mint
