500 g fresh ricotta

200 g Amaretti biscuits

100 g sponge cake

50 g chocolate chips

half a glass Amaretto liqueur

1 lemon zest

q.s. ground cinnamon
Preparation

- – crush the biscuits and mix them with the sifted ricotta and the ground cinnamon;
- – add the chocolate’s chips and mix well;
- – fill the base of the cup with some sponge;
- – wet it with 2 teaspoons Amaretto liqueur;
- – top with 2 full tablespoon ricotta’s cream;
- – top with some crushed biscuits, lemon zest and chocolate chips;
- – keep refrigerated overnight;
