Ricotta, Amaretto biscuits and Chocolate Cup

Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh ricotta
  • 200 g Amaretti biscuits
  • 100 g sponge cake
  • 50 g chocolate chips
  • half a glass Amaretto liqueur
  • 1 lemon zest
  • q.s. ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Ricotta, Amaretto biscuits and Chocolate Cup

     

    • – crush the biscuits and mix them with the sifted ricotta and the ground cinnamon;
    • – add the chocolate’s chips and mix well;
    • – fill the base of the cup with some sponge;
    • – wet it with 2 teaspoons Amaretto liqueur;
    • – top with 2 full tablespoon ricotta’s cream;
    • – top with some crushed biscuits, lemon zest and chocolate chips;
    • – keep refrigerated overnight;
