Red Lentils Pasta with Artichoke Pâté & Parsley

In the recent years, there have been available on the market some types of dry pasta made of legumes rather than wheat.

Red lentils pasta is one of them. This is a very quick recipe to make, and which I made with some artichoke & garlic pâté I had bought from Sicily.

Ingredients

  • 250 gred lentils pasta
  • 2 spoonsartichoke pâté
  • 1 sprigfresh parsley

Preparation

  1. – cook the lentils pasta in abundant salted boiling water (it will take around 8 minutes), then drain it and transfer it onto a large bowl;

    – add the artichoke pâté and mix well;

    – add the chopped parsley and mix well;
