In the recent years, there have been available on the market some types of dry pasta made of legumes rather than wheat.
Red lentils pasta is one of them. This is a very quick recipe to make, and which I made with some artichoke & garlic pâté I had bought from Sicily.

- 250 gred lentils pasta
- 2 spoonsartichoke pâté
- 1 sprigfresh parsley
– cook the lentils pasta in abundant salted boiling water (it will take around 8 minutes), then drain it and transfer it onto a large bowl;
– add the artichoke pâté and mix well;
– add the chopped parsley and mix well;
