Pepperoni and Zucchini Chicken breast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices chicken breast
  • 2 pepperoni
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 spoons sun dried cheery tomatoes
  • 1/2 glasses beer
  • 2 pinches dried oregano
  • q.s. table salt
  • q.s. extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Pepperoni and Zucchini Chicken breast
    • – cut the pepperoni in stripes;
    • – chop the zucchini in thin slices;
    • – put the 2 chicken breast in a large fry pan. Season them with a pinch of table salt, chopped sun dried tomatoes and oregano. Pour some extra virgin olive oil on top (about 1 full spoon);
    • – top with the pepperoni, the zucchini and the garlic cloves. Pour the beer on top;
    • – cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium fire for about 30 minutes.
