Last month I had made these fun and delicious cookies for my niece.
She loved them. So we made them again, but turning them into a delicious dark chocolate version 🙂

Ingredients

350 g white flour (type 0)

150 g dark muscovado sugar

75 g dark chocolate chips

75 ml sunflower oil (cold pressed)

15 g unsweetened dark cocoa powder

2 eggs

1 pinch table salt

1/2 teaspoons baking powder

q.s. fresh cream (to bind)
Preparation

- – sift the flour and baking powder onto a big bowl;
- – add the sugar and cocoa powder and mix well;
- – add the eggs and and knead well;
- – add the oil;
- – knead well till all ingredient are well amalgamated (pour some fresh cream to bind as you deem necessary);
- – wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes in the freezer;
- – roll out the pastry into a disc with half centimeter thickness;
- – use a cutter with animals shapes to form your biscuits;
- – bake at 165 degrees for about 15/20 minutes or till golden;
