Kale is a very healthy vegetable, and this recipe is also a good way to make children eating it.
They are best eaten within a few hours of making. If they become soft, just pop them back in a low oven for 3-4 mins to crisp up.

– heat oven to 160C fan, and line 2 baking trays with baking paper;
– wash the kale and dry thoroughly;
– tearing the large and soft parts of the main leaves into smaller pieces, and transfer them into a large bowl;
– add the salt, the paprika and drizzle over the oil, then massage into the kale;
– lay thrm onto the trays and spread out in a single layers;
-bake for 15 mins or until crisp but still green
