Hazelnut & Dark Chocolate Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 150 gbrown sugar
  • 125 gflour (type 0)
  • 125 grice flour
  • 100 gdark chocolate
  • 100 mlextra virgin olive oil
  • 50 groasted hazelnuts
  • 1egg
  • 1vanilla pod

Preparation

  1. – melt the chocolate in a bain-marie;

    – meanwhile, transfer the hazelnuts, the vanilla seeds, the brown sugar and the extra virgin oil into a blender, grind till you get a smooth paste;

    – add the egg and mix well;

    – pour the 2 sifted flours and mix well;

    – add the melted dark chocolate and mix well;

    – put the dough to rest in the freezer for 30 minutes;

    – cut small discs from the dough and shape the biscuits with your hands;

    – bake at 170 degrees for 12/15 minutes;
