Ingredients
- 250 gground dry coconut
- 200 gicing sugar
- 3egg whites
- q.s.ground dry coconut (to roll the biscuits in)
Preparation
– mix all the ingredients together into a bowl, till you get a smooth dough;
– shape your biscuits into a round or rectangular shape, then roll them into some ground coconut;
– bake in pre heated oven at 170 degrees for around 10 minutes
