Ingredients
- 200 gcarob powder
- 180 mltable water
- 130 groasted hazelnuts
- 50 mlsunflower oil (cold pressed)
- 1 spoonhoney (multiflora)
- 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
Preparation
– blend the hazelnuts together with the oil (do not blend too much because you shall make a crunchy cream for this recipe, so allow some small pieces of ground hazelnuts);
– add the carobs powder and the water and mix well;
– add the honey and mix well till you get a smooth cream;
– shape small balls with the palms of your hands and roll them in the cinnamon powder
