These quinoa-balls are packed with vegetable proteins and are very easy to make. Best served dipped in a nice tzatziki sauce.

Ingredients
- 250 gquinoa
- 150 gpeas
- 2 clovesgarlic
- 1egg
- 1 spoonextra virgin olive oil
- 1 bouquetfresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoonground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoonground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoonground ginger
- q.s.table salt
- q.s.breadcrumbs
Preparation
– bring to boil abundant salted water in a pan, and cook the quinoa in it, drain it and transfer it into a bowl;
– bring to boil abundant salted water in a pan and cook the peas in it, drain them and add them to the cooked quinoa;
– add the oil, the garlic cloves and use a blender to ground everything together;
– add the egg and mix everything together;
– add the spices, the chopped parsley and mix well;
– shape the small balls with your hands and roll them in breadcrumbs;
– bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or till golden;
